*Chairman Xi Jinping visited and surveyed Inner Mongolia Central Industrial Park, focusing on development of new energy and new materials industry, the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, promotion of green and low-carbon development, and the R&D and production of semiconductor and photovoltaic materials and other products of enterprises in the park.

 

Industrial Economy

*Liaoning issued notice that at least 17 projects for assisted reproduction are included in maternity insurance payments and individuals pay 10% of their own payments first from the July 1, 2023.

*MoC issued a notice to organize and carry out automobile consumption promotion activities, about 100 cities with distinctive features and complementary advantages will be selected to form a list of key activities for "one hundred cities linkage", promote marketable models to go to the countryside, strengthen the preferential policies for car purchases and promote the improvement of rural charging infrastructure.

*The first batch of overseas issuance and listing companies with filing system have been confirmed by the CSRC, data showing that as of June 1st, there are already 43 plans for this year IPO enterprise submit filing materials, including autonomous driving and biomedicine enterprises.

* Global crude oil price moved down collectively. July NYMEX crude oil contract down 2.18% to closed at $70.95/b, August Brent contract down 1.81% to closed at $75.56/b. INE crude oil active contract down 1.16% to 527.3 yuan/b.

* Precious metals closed up collectively. COMEX gold contract up 1.11% to closed at $1980.1/oz. SHFE gold active contract up 0.30% to closed at 451.30 yuan/gram.

* Metals closed up mostly, LME aluminum up 2.01%, LME copper up 0.95%, LME tin up 0.82%, LME zinc up 0.58%, LME nickel down 1.71%. SHFE tin up 1.36%, SHFE aluminum up 0.88%, SHFE nickel down 1.26% on the contrast.

* Commodity futures closed up mostly. Chemistry and energy products saw mixed performance, MEG down 1.7%, LPG down 1.13%. Black series closed up collectively, iron ore up 2.29%, coke up 1.5%, coking coal up 1.22%, steel rebar up 1.15%. Agricultural products closed up mostly, sugar up 1.44%, No.2 soybeans up 1.4%.
